What Happens Next?

• We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email.
• You must return the goods within 14 days of submitting this form. The goods must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
• We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered.

Return Address

If you have already received the product and wish to return it, you will receive an SMS containing a return code once the parcel has been delivered. You can use this return code to send the package back to us.

This right of withdrawal applies to consumers in the European Union under Directive 2011/83/EU. It does not apply to custom-made or personalized jewelry items.
