Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed in the Dicentra online store (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or the “Store”) and is consistent with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Shipping Area

At present, we deliver orders only within the Republic of Estonia.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Products that are in stock are dispatched within 2–4 business days after the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
Orders are processed on business days only. Orders are not dispatched on public holidays.

An exception applies to products that are marked as made-to-order or available on order only. In such cases, the applicable delivery time is clearly stated on the relevant product page.

Shipping Methods

Orders are delivered using the most common parcel locker and courier services in Estonia:

Omniva
DPD
SmartPost

Customers may select their preferred parcel locker or shipping service provider during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the selected service provider and destination.
All shipping-related costs are shown to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the selected carrier. In general, delivery within Estonia takes place within up to 7 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, seasonal workload, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a notification containing shipment tracking information, where such tracking is provided by the carrier.

Liability and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
