What is the delivery time for my order?
In-stock items are dispatched within 2–4 business days after the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
An exception applies to products marked as made-to-order or available by order only. In such cases, the applicable delivery time is clearly stated on the individual product page.
We currently ship to Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Latvia, and Lithuania.
Delivery within Estonia typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. International delivery to Finland, Sweden, Latvia, and Lithuania usually takes 7–11 business days and may vary depending on the carrier and external factors.
Orders are processed on business days only. Dispatch does not take place on national public holidays.

What if I’m not satisfied with the product after receiving it?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at info@dicentra.ee.
What is a gold plated jewelry and how long does it last?
Our gold plated jewelry is made from a base material, such as sterling silver, that is coated with a thin layer of gold.
With proper care and normal use, gold plated jewelry can maintain its appearance for a long time. The durability depends on how often the piece is worn and how well it is cared for.
Please note that pieces with more frequent contact, such as rings and bracelets, may wear faster than items like necklaces or earrings, which are generally exposed to less friction.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics, and chemicals. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising, and store it in a dry place when not in use.

How can I tell what material the jewelry is made of?
